Loan Call Center Representative - Tier 4

(Mon-Fri 9:15am-6pm; with alternating Saturdays)
Strong computer skills. Above-average customer service skills & telephone etiquette. Excellent communication skills, Above-average knowledge of policies, procedures, consumer loans, mortgage products & services. Proven ability to cross-sell & Self-starter, Associates degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum six (6) months related experience and/or training.

Branch Support Specialist

One year teller experience. One year platform experience. Must be proficient in teller and platform operations.

Receptionist

(Mon-Wed 8:30am-4:45pm; Thu-Fri, 8:30am-6pm)
Knowledge of computer system. Good customer service skills. Good verbal and written skills.

Senior Teller

One year Teller experience. Knowledge of computer system. Good communication skills.

Loan Call Center Representative - Tier 2

(Mon-Fri 9:15am-6pm; One late night, 11:15am-8pm; Alternating Sats, 8:15am-4:30pm)
Excellent customer service skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Knowledge of consumer loan and mortgage products preferred. Good computer & basic clerical skills.
