Mortgage Origination Clerk

(Tues & Wed 8:15am-5pm, Thurs & Fri 9:15am-6pm, Sat 8:15am-4:30pm)
One (1) year prior credit experience. Ability to analyze customer's financial situation. Ability to analyze the products that fit the customer's needs. Knowledge of FNMA Regulations a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal, written and computer skills.

PT Accounting Clerk

(Mon-Fri 9am-3pm, but must be flexible with hours and days)
Two (2) years accounting/financial institution experience.

Member Services Clerk

(Mon-Fri 8:15am-5pm, one (1) late day required - Thurs or Fri 9:15am-6pm)
Excellent customer service skills. Good computer and clerical skills.

Call Center Representative - Tier 3

(Mon-Fri 9:15am-6pm, Alternating Sat 8:15am-4:30pm)
Strong TFCU computer knowledge is preferred. Above-average customer service skills & telephone etiquette. Excellent communication skills. Above-average knowledge of policies, procedures, share deposit products and services. Proven ability to cross-sell. Self-starter. Associates degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum six (6) months related experience and/or training.

Mortgage Processing Clerk

(Tues-Fri 9:15am-6pm, Sat 8:15am-4:30pm)
Need one (1) year prior credit experience. Ability to analyze customer's financial situation. Ability to analyze the products that fit the customer's needs. Knowledge of FNMA Regulations a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal, written and computer skills.

PT Platform Assistant

Six (6) Months Teller Experience. Good Computer & clerical skills. Knowledge of services offered. Good customer service skills.

Head Teller

Two years teller experience. Leadership qualities. Knowledge of policies & procedures. Knowledge of computer system.

Senior Teller

One year Teller experience. Knowledge of computer system. Good communication skills.

Assistant Branch Manager

In excess of one year teller and platform experience, supervisory experience. Completely knowledgeable with regards to TFCU's policies and procedures, products and computer system, as they relate to branch operation. Associate degree or commensurate work experience required.

Platform Assistant

Six (6) months Teller experience. Good computer & clerical skills. Knowledge of services offered. Good customer service skills.

Full Time Tellers

Knowledge of computer system. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication skills.

Call Center Representative - Tier 1

Excellent customer service skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Good computer & basic clerical skills. Knowledge of share deposit products & services preferred.

Part-Time Tellers

Cash-handling, good computer & customer service skills required. Teller background a plus!
