This card will allow them to save with a lower rate and no annual fee.All applicants must provide proof of regular monthly income (i.e.: part-time job). Applicants 21 years or younger without verifiable repayment ability, will require a parent or legal guardian to sign as co-applicant. The parent or legal guardian will be responsible for repayment of the card balance.
