Manage Online and Mobile Banking

At Teachers, we value your privacy. If you no longer prefer to use our online or mobile banking services, we offer options to remove your data from these platforms. To begin this process, please follow the steps indicated below:

Remove access to your Teachers Mobile Banking:

  • 1. Log into Teachers Mobile Banking App
  • 2. Click "More"
  • 3. Click "Remove Online/Mobile banking Access” under “Help and Support”
  • 4. Review the Removal Request documentation to ensure you understand the privacy options prior to removing access
  • 5. Send your email indicating that you would like to remove your Teachers Mobile Banking access

Remove access to your Teachers Online Banking:

  • 1. Log into Teachers Online Banking
  • 2. Click "Support"
  • 3. Click "Secure Support”
  • 4. Review the Removal Request documentation to ensure you understand the privacy options prior to removing access
  • 5. Send an email indicating that you would like to remove your Teachers Online Banking access

Your request will be processed within three business days.
 
Please note that upon execution of this request, access to Teachers Online and Mobile Banking services will no longer be available, and all associated data will be deleted, including your consent to receive electronic notices and statements. All deposit and loan accounts will remain active; however, you will no longer be able to log into any platform to view your balances, conduct normal transactions, view statements, and more.
